Hmm...
As I went to get my daily Pearls fix on comics.com, I happened to go to the main page, than the Pearls index... every day they feature a different comic on the front page and today, it was Cow and Boy - I enjoyed today's strip and went to read a few others...
Well... it seems a subdued version of Calvin and Hobbes but the subtle flavour is what I seem to like (so far)... as opposed to Calvin's recurrent wildboy nature...and perhaps not as sugary sweet as Peanuts.
The description on its index says:
"Join Billy and Cow for afternoon discussions about reincarnation, unsuccessful beard growing contests, and excursions to Billy's favorite fishing hole. This comic strip collection is sure to inspire thoughts of enjoying life’s simple pleasures and laughter at the antics of a boy and his cow."
And many of its strips seem to ring true...
This is not the latest one but it mentions blogging and is pretty tongue in cheek.
